Starbucks and the Gym Don't Mix

I'm getting back into the routine of going to the gym early. It's nice to wake up and go have a great workout. I saw something slightly disturbing last week. A fellow gym member brought Starbucks into the gym. I'm no rocket scientist, but if you have to have a Starbucks in the morning to get your butt out of bed and into the gym, then you have issues. What do you think?

When I was training for the marathon, some people would down coffee right before they ran. I couldn't--I'd be sick! But I guess some people are really addicted.

This is all about budgeting. You must not only budget your CALORIES, but also YOUR MONEY. The money part should be a HUGE incentive to stop going to Starbuck's.
